Feather Boot Camp -- August 23, 2010

Are you ready for 5 weeks of intense feather training?  Lessons start slow and easy in the first weeks, and pick up pace as you build confidence and skill.

By the end of Boot Camp,  you’ll have drawn and stitched hundreds of feathers, and learned as much about drawing and stitching freehand feathers as Suzanne can teach you!

You’ll learn to:

• Deal with troublesome feathers (how to recognize and eliminate potato chips, hot dogs, and other unsightly feathers)
• Stitch gracefully stitch feathers in all sorts of shapes
• Stitch a freehand switchback feathered border in just one stop and start per side
• Stitch 9 different feather variations

Do I have to be at my computer at a certain time?

No!  Suzanne will e-mail and post new instructional materials every weekday morning, but you are free to access the info at your convenience.

Do you offer a DVD of the class?

Not at this time, but you do have access to the classroom for 6 months after class ends.

How do I access the class?

You need to have a user account in the MQResource forums (it's free and easy to create an account, just click on the forum tab above, and follow the instructions to register for an account).   Shortly before class starts, you'll be given access to a private classroom forum where instructional materials will be posted, and interaction with Suzanne and your fellow classmates will take place.   You'll get more information about how this works once we get closer to the start of class.
