Inspired by the Horsehead Nebula, this quilt is a whole cloth background with a small amount of paint and a large Angelina Fibers applique, covered by nylon veiling and quilted down.in free motion contours. It has been shown in Houston in 2014 and other shows, and won "Best Use of Color" in its category in PA Nat'l Quilt Extravaganza 2015.
