I started quilting (by accident) in 2003 when I just wanted to make a special gift for a special friend; how could that turn into a passion that has no limits? You know, if you are a quilter! The passion has gone from owning a sewing machine (I know it's in this closet, somewhere) and a pair of scissors to a freaking capital expenditure! Fabric, patterns, books, charm squares, rulers, mats, rotary cutters, jelly rolls, Complete Kits!, SOFTWARE!, a longarm machine, longarm rulers, pantographs, SLR, layer cakes, fat quarters; Holy cow, where does it end? I draw the line at the computer quilting. This is art for me (fun), not techno school (not fun)! The obsession with fabric has me buried in glorious color and my DH thinks he is the Quilt Police! I am blessed beyond measure by the God of grace and thankfully, His mercies are new every morning. May you be blessed also, and remember James 1:2-4.
