I enjoy Machine Quilting, teaching machine quilting classes, and exploring creativity. Besides fabric, I also like to work with yarn, beads, metal, photo transfers, and my computer to create art.

Thanks, Shelley, and G'day to you!
This was a very satisfying quilt to make. Over 4 years ago, I was a new machine quilter and working 50+ hours per week on client quilts. It felt like all my time was on quilting and I missed piecing for myself.
I woke up one morning and looked at that poppy fabric and next thing you know, I was slashing away with my rotary cutter. I pieced it, then it hung in my closet until earlier this year. It is a very simply pieced quilt, but that allows the fabric and quilting to be the focus.
On my blog is a gallery link at the top of the page. I keep some of my pictures in a Flickr page- and there is also a link to the right side where I have pictures.
Anyhow, thank you for your comment.
This autumn memory quilt features photo transfers from my son while at school. It won a blue ribbon and "Best Use of Color" at my local fair show.
2 UFO's completed this month- woohoo!!
