getting rid of old blue marking pen lines

I got into my unfinished projects and found an old top (like maybe 10-12 years old) that I had marked some quilting designs on with a blue water-soluble marking pen.  Almost all of the marking has disappeared over the years, but not all.  And the marking that's left won't come out with water.  I've also tried 91% alcohol and hydrogen peroxide with no results.  Anybody know what I can do to get these marks out?

Your suggestions were much appreciated, but after ignoring the problem for a couple of days, I went into my sewing room today, and the marks were all gone!  I had left the top spread out on a table, and it's been rainy for those couple of days, so I guess the humidity finally reached the magic level in the house to cause the marks to fade away.  I'm surprised--after so many years, and most of the time the quilt was in a higher humidity environment than it is in this house, which is air-conditioned.  So my problem seems to have solved itself.  Wish my problems all solved themselves so effectively!
