Hi Everyone!

I am a California born & raised Texan (LOL). Lon & I have been married 41 years (as of 2009) & have three adult children & seven grandchildren.

I've been sewing since about age 9, and quilting for over 40 years. My first quilt was one I made for my daughter (first baby)...it was from clothes & a couple of flannel receiving blankets. All hand sewn. She used it up about the age of four...Finally had to toss it. Wish I had kept it now, but then...we lived in a tiny place, and no room to store anything we were not using at the moment.

I have been longarm quilting since Jan 2006, starting with an old Nustyle 227 (like Juki industrial conversion) & last year hubby bought me a new TinLizzie18 LS & I love it!

Someday (saving now) I'll get a ShirleyStitcherII to go with...or a PCQuilter. Can't afford the big toys yet...we are on a fixed income due to hubby's health.

We live in a little city called, Littlefield, TX (yep the name fits!). We have 15 acres and a bunch of critters..some we acquired, some who have adopted us.

We have three cows (due to calve soon), two puppies, tons of bunnies (wild cottontails), two kittens (someone dumped them off & they took refuge under our house..so we take care of them), five geese, a duck, four hens and Big Daddy the rooster! We be critter keepers!

I am currently working on a new website, to try to get all my different sites in one place.
