Avid quilter since the age of 12...learned from my Mom and Great Grandmother...remember all that hand stuff...tracing, cutting templates, marking my seam line....lots of pinning and pressing. Helloooo....where were the rotary cutters then??? Times change. Now I'm machine piecing on a 1949 Featherweight and quilting on a new HQSixteen....loving every minute of it! I work outside the home full time, have raised 4 children and unknown number of Kitlets (kitties) with the help of a very supportative DH. We have 9 grandchildren and 3 grown fulltime house cats. I'm still in the very beginner machine quilting stage and am looking forward to learning more.
