This week's feature is a lovely sampler (wool applique) that has been beautifully quilted by Valerie Wagner of Spring, TX, for one of her clients. Valerie's quilting treatment on the quilt includes a variety of background fills, some ribbon candy in the sashing, and leaves in the borders. The double batting layers she used provided some great stitch definition, too. Be sure to visit the forum to see additional photographs of the quilt.
